Payment
We accept all major bank credit card, debit cards & net banking facilities. www.tccoffices.org uses 256 bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
For Credit card / Debit card transactions à User needs to enter name, office number, email id, period and type of charge and then confirm the amount. Once amount is confirmed he will be redirected to Payment Gateway Merchant website where you will be asked to enter card number, expiry date three-digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online 3D secure password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
Refund:
For any transaction routed through www.tccoffices.org website, where in user by mistake closes the browser before transaction gets completed or amount has been charged and the same is not being updated in www.tccoffices.org due to any technical issue, you can email us the details with the transaction ID to support@tccoffices.org and the same after making due verification will be refunded within 7 working days.
Cancellations:
There would not be any cancellations allowed after the successful transactions. The amount will be credited to society bank account.
